A 7-day commitment to running your morning through the Optimise Morning Framework™, with just one simple target in each of the five core areas:

Your Daily Challenge (Lite Version)
Each morning for the next 7 days, complete the following five actions:
✅ 1. Move (2–5 minutes)
Choose one:
10 bodyweight squats + 5 cat-cows
5-minute walk
Morning yoga flow (we’ll share the video)
✅ 2. Breathe (1–2 minutes)
Choose one:
Box breathing (4-4-4-4)
Humming exhale
10 long nasal breaths while walking or stretching
✅ 3. Fuel (hydration first)
Choose one:
300–500ml water with pinch of salt or lemon
Coffee after movement (not first thing)
Protein + fat or carb depending on goal
✅ 4. Focus (journal or voice note)
Answer this:
“What’s the one win I want today?”
✅ 5. Execute (1 micro-action)
Choose one:
Pack gym bag
Make your bed
Reply to one important message
Start work without checking social
