  • Regular check-ins — written, video, or call — to interpret your signals, adjust priorities, and protect your progress.

  • Guidance for moments that matter: travel, injury, work stress, or fatigue. Decisions are based on real data and context, not a generic plan

  • Sessions are available if you want them, but progress doesn’t depend on attendance. Your system works with or without me in the room.
