1. Initial Clarity Assessment
We start by understanding how your body is currently functioning.
This includes:
Key movement and capacity markers
Strength and readiness indicators
Energy, stress, pain, and recovery patterns
Training history and current life demands
This tells us where it’s safe to push — and where restraint protects progress.
2. Adaptive Training & Coaching
Training is built around your real capacity, not a template.
Depending on readiness, this includes:
Strength work (heavy enough to matter)
Power and explosiveness (earned, not forced)
Conditioning that builds capacity, not fatigue debt
Mobility and recovery where it supports output
Some days we push.
Some days we protect.
3. Ongoing Signal Interpretation
We use a small number of meaningful signals:
Subjective feedback (energy, confidence, pain)
Select objective markers (e.g. performance consistency, recovery trends)
No micromanagement.
No obsession with data.
The aim is to restore trust in your judgement — not outsource it to an app.
